Our opening hours are Mon, Wed and Thurs 8:45am - 5pm, Tues 8.45am-6pm, and Fri 8:45am - 1:30pm. Closed between 1:00pm-1:30pm Mon-Thurs for lunch.

Patient Charges
NHS charges are as follows:

Band 1 for Examination and x rays and scale if necessary. £23.80

Band 2 includes Band 1 and any necessary fillings and extractions. £65.20

Band 3 includes Band 2 and any necessary denture or crown. £282.80

Private charges are displayed in the waiting room.
In line with NHS regulations, once a treatment plan has been agreed, we will either ask for all of the cost of treatment, or a deposit if treatment is carried out over several visits.

Failed Appointments​
Failed appointments cause disruption to our service provision, and take available appointments from other patients. In line with NHS England guidelines, for regular attenders, after two failed appointments, cancellations within 24hrs or late arrivals, we may cancel further treatment and care under the NHS.

Complaints
We aim to provide a consistently excellent service. If you feel we have failed in any aspect of your care, please ask to speak to our complaints manager, Wendy Whelan, who will be happy to discuss, and resolve any issues you have had with our service.
